Casa Particular Perez is located in Vedado, about 2 minutes walking to La Rampa Street and 15 minutes walking to the Habana Libre Hotel. The beautiful Colon Cemetery and the Plaza de La Revolucion are about 5 to 10 minutes away.

There are 2 bedrooms located inside a restored Spanish mansion. The bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. 

• The first bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed (total capacity 3 people) with a large en-suite bathroom. It has an independent exterior door. 30 CUC per night.
• The second bedroom is on a mezzanine, up a short flight of stairs, within the main house. It is smaller and has a smaller bathroom. It has a small kitchen too. 25 CUC per night.

The landlord, Nerci, lives in the house and gives her guests complete privacy, but is available to answer questions.

Located on Calle 4, between 25 and 27, Vedado, Havana

Price: 25 CUC per night for the small room.  30 CUC per night for the large room. Prices negotiable for long term stays.
