Casa Particular Vivian and Luis is a completely private room with it’s own private bathroom, fridge and television. You get the key and you can use the room as you desire. The independent entrance to the room is located within a safe inner courtyard, but you will get the key to the front gate as well as your room, so you can enter and leave as you want.
The room is about 150 sq.ft and is located very close to the Vedado action, but on a quiet and safe street. Landlord asks only $25 per night. This room is located on the same premises as the Casa Vivian y Luis Independent Apartment. If needed, the two units can be rented together to form a very large and completely private house, with a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
