How long do we really need to be at the airport before we leave to go home.  I have heard 3 hours, but that seems like a really long time.  We will not be checking bags

Hi, the recommendations are to get there 3 hours before. These are the recommendations for all international flights anywhere in the world.

I usually arrive 2 hours before and never have issues. If you have no checked bags you can maybe do 1.5 hours before and have no issues, but I would not arrive any later than that.

Thanks for all the help and putting that guidebook together.  I got that downloaded on kindle to use off line.
