If you are staying in a casa particular, just ask your landlord. Cubans know everybody and it’s almost a sure thing that the landlord will know a guitar player who can give you some lesson for a few bucks. Usually these guys can also take you to local bars and venues to check out professional bands and help you to meet other locals. It should be fun. Good luck.
