Beach vendors in Cuba

If you’ve been to a Cuban beach, then this is a familiar sight. If you have never been, then you will quickly get to know these fellows on your next visit to the island. They’re not your average beach vendors. These guys usually speak at least 3 or 4 different languages, and they are ready to make a deal.

They will always try to get a bit more money from tourists, but fundamentally, any reasonable offer will be accepted.Hats and trinkets can usually be had for 2CUC or less.

Donations For Beach Vendors And Cuban Locals

But you know, you can always give them a little bit more money or maybe, even better, give them some gently used clothes. Beach vendors do not lead a very glamorous life, although they probably make considerable more money than the average Cuban.
