When it’s hot outside, people flock to this area. Any excuse to get out of the house.
There are people everywhere. You can hear the noise and feel the excitement from a block away. This night, there were so many people that the police had to block the street for a while to let them all pass. In the summer, it gets even wilder. There will literally be 10 000 people out here on a slow night.
