Policlinico in Havana

These little “policlinico” offices are used to provide quick medical care to locals. There are several doctors and nurses on staff that can easily deal with most everyday issues. It’s a great concept and helps keep people from filling hospital emergency rooms for simple problems. if you have a minor health issue while in Cuba, you can visit one of these places too. There are hundreds all over Havana. Usually the service will be free or only cost a few dollars. But be careful of scams….
