It always amazes me how there can be a little factory like this just between such tourist areas. A luxury hotel will be right beside this place. And, all of the tourists at the hotel will completely ignore this little shoe factory… But it’s beautiful. Just walk in and take a look. You will be the only foreigner there… But these guys love to meet new people and show you how to make shoes. It’s a real art.

We are in the retailing of ladies shoes ! I have been in Cube two times in the past and that gave me the idea

Hi, I’m sorry but I do not have this information. You would need to visit Cuba and talk with the import/export ministry. But honestly, importing shoes to Cuba would not likely be a good business. They only import cheap shoes from China and Korea which are often priced at less than 5$.
is there any shoe manufacturer in Cuba?
There are small shoe makers, like personal businesses, which make shoes one at a time. There are also large manufacturing factories, but they are state owned. I don’t know the names, but they make cheap quality brand knock offs (Adidas, Nike etc.) Which sell for about 10 CUC per pair.
