Casa Particular Estela Navarro – Independent Apartment2017-05-19T02:23:38+00:00

Project Description

2 Independent Apartments With MASSIVE Terrace!

Casa Particular Estela Navarro is easily one of the best, private apartments in all of Havana. It’s located on the second floor of a completely restored colonial mansion. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely independent from the main house. The guests receive the keys and they can come and go in complete privacy. The apartment is about 350 sq.ft and includes a large bedroom with a television and fridge. There is a living room/dining room and a small kitchen. The apartment has its own phone with an independent phone line.

The best part about this casa is the massive terrace overlooking all of Ave. Paseo, with a view of the Plaza de la Revolución. The terrace measures over 800 sq.ft. There is also a smaller terrace on the side of the apartment which has a laundry basin for washing clothes. The landlords speak some English, French, Italian and Russian. The price is very negotiable for stays of over 1 week.

Note: There is also another independent apartment available on the same property. It is a casa, built on two levels. The first level has a bathroom, kitchen and living room. On the second level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. Both apartments can be rented together or separately. Photos are posted above.

Located near Paseo and 27, Vedado, Havana

Price: 35CUC per night, per room.
