There are 2 bedrooms located inside a penthouse (3rd floor) apartment. Each bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. 

• The first bedroom has a queen bed. Price is 35 CUC per night.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. Price is 45 CUC per night.

The landlord, Mercedes, lives in the house and gives her guests complete privacy, but is available to answer questions. The house has a terrace and a rooftop sitting area with great city views.

Located on Calle 27, between 4 and 6, Vedado, Havana

Price: 35CUC per night for the small room. 45CUC per night for the large room. Prices negotiable for long term stays.
