No, no websites will ship clothes from the USA to Cuba. It is against the law, and as far as I know there is no mail or parcel delivery from USA to Cuba. And you would not be able to pay for the items in Cuba anyway. If you use PayPal or a credit card to pay for an American item in Cuba, then you run the risk of your credit account being suspended. I know this because it happened to me. Despite the improving relationship between Cuba and the USA, the embargo is still in effect and no trade can be conducted between the countries.
